What materials are used in your jewelry?
Implantable grade titanium (ASTM-F136). Tops use lead-free zirconia, natural and synthetic stones. Our gold collection is 14k.
Are your posts compatible with the tops of other jewelry manufacturers?
Yes, compatible with all other major jewelry manufacturers.
Account & Wholesale Access
Are your products wholesale only?
Yes, only approved retailer businesses can purchase.
Can I purchase your products without an account?
No. Only approved accounts have access to purchase.
What if I'm not sure my state has a resale certificate for me to provide?
Your state's resale certificate will populate on the "Apply for Account" page after filling in your shipping address.
Can I provide my Reseller's permit instead of a Resale Certificate?
Only a Resale Certificate is accepted. Your Reseller's permit info may be needed to fill it out.
Shipping & Order Fulfillment
Do you have international shipping available?
Yes. Taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility. Our $500 free shipping only applies to domestic orders.
If I am in California can I pick up my order instead of having you ship it?
No. Orders cannot be picked up from the facility at this time.
Returns & Warranty
How do you handle returns?
Returns accepted for quality issues. Returns without a valid reason incur a 15% restocking fee.
Do you have a warranty on your products?
Yes. All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product.
Pricing & Discounts
Do you provide any discounts if I purchase a certain amount?
No discounts are offered for any purchase amount at this time.
